| 8:45 a.m. | 9:30 a.m. | Mavell Road trailhead (closest to Atlanta, parking lot fills quickly) | Registration and gear up, leave at 9:00 a.m. |
| 10:30 a.m. | 11:00 a.m. | Florence Road trailhead (12 miles down the path) | Registration for very late or short distance skaters (8 miles), join group at 10:30 a.m. |
| 12:00 p.m. | 1:00 p.m. | Paulding County Chamber of Commerce trailhead (20 miles down the path) | Sandwiches for lunch, rides available back to cars |
| 2:30 p.m. | Arrive at downtown Rockmart (38 skating miles from Mavell Rd.) | Water and snack bars available, rides back to cars | |
